You can delete your Tammeni account, and the data we keep on our server, at any time. Here’s how, and what happens.
Delete in the app
- Open Tammeni and tap the gear to open Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete my account.
- Confirm. You’re signed out, and the deletion starts straight away.

If you no longer have the app, email hello@tammeni.app from the email address you use with Tammeni, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you can’t use that address, tell us your name and your circle’s name so we can find your account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We’ll reply to confirm, and finish the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
Within 30 days, we delete:
- your account: name, email address, sign-in details and profile picture link;
- your profile and notification tokens;
- your membership and sharing choices in every circle;
- your reminder statuses and daily check-ins;
- the invite codes you created.
If you set up a circle, deleting your account closes it: the circle and its shared data are deleted for everyone in it. The other members keep their own accounts and can start a new circle.
What we keep
We keep nothing else. Google Play keeps the records of your purchases under Google’s own policies.
Your subscription
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Tammeni > Cancel subscription.
Data on your phone
Your reminders, family numbers and settings are stored only on your phone. To delete them, uninstall Tammeni, or open your phone’s Settings > Apps > Tammeni > Storage > Clear storage.
Delete some data, keep your account
- Delete any reminder in the app.
- Turn off family alerts or the daily check-in in Settings > My features.
- Leave a circle: your membership, sharing choices, reminder statuses and check-ins in that circle are deleted.
